Hansoh Pharmaceutical's Self-Developed B7-H3 Targeting Antibody-Drug Conjugate HS-20093 in Combination with Adebrelimab Granted Breakthrough Therapy Designation by NMPA

Hansoh Pharma (03692) announced that on April 16, 2026, the group's self-developed B7-H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) HS-20093 for injection, in combination with adebrelimab, was granted inclusion in the Breakthrough Therapy Designation by the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). The proposed indication is for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer who are driver gene-negative and have progressed or relapsed after previous platinum-based chemotherapy.
