On April 18, Baiyang Pharmaceutical Group and the People's Government of Mentougou District, Beijing, signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Both parties will pool their core advantages, using the “Baiyang Pharmaceutical Research Achievement Transformation Base” as a starting point to deepen cooperation, promote the commercialization of research achievements, and build a new demonstration zone for pharmaceutical and healthcare research and innovation with global influence.

At the ceremony, witnessed by all attendees, Yu Huafeng, District Mayor of Mentougou District, and Song Qing, President of Baiyang Pharmaceutical Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective parties. Jin Hui, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Fu Gang, Chairman of the Board, jointly unveiled the “Baiyang Pharmaceutical Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Base.” Under the agreement, Baiyang Pharmaceutical will leverage its industrial resource advantages to provide key support in the incubation of scientific achievements, the introduction of innovative enterprises, and the establishment of industrial resources. As the transformation platform for the base, Beijing Baiyang Zhihe Medical Achievement Transformation Service Co., Ltd. Located in the core area of Mentougou, the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases (NCCD) is among the first batch of National Medical Centers designated by the National Health Commission, representing the highest level of innovative research in China’s cardiovascular disease field. Leveraging the robust scientific research capabilities of this “national team,” Baiyang Zhihe’s inaugural project—Baiyang Zhixin—is actively undertaking the translation and commercialization of the NCCD’s innovative research achievements with significant application prospects.
