Recently,Vivatides Therapeutics Limited (referred to as "Vivatides Therapeutics"), an international innovative pharmaceutical company focusing on the development of small nucleic acid drugs targeting extrahepatic indications, announced the completion of a $54 million Series A financing round that was oversubscribed.This round of financing was jointly led by Qiming Venture Partners and a well-known industry fund, with active participation from Hony Capital, a well-known investment fund, and TF Capital. The existing investor, Apricot Capital, continued to increase its investment.

The funds from this round of financing will be mainly used for the iterative optimization of the company's core extrahepatic delivery technology platform, the clinical advancement of multiple pipelines, and the expansion of the team and the establishment of a global R&D network. As an emerging force in the small nucleic acid sector, Vivatides Therapeutics has successfully completed seed and Series A rounds of financing within less than a year of its establishment, demonstrating the investment market's high recognition of the company’s technological breakthrough capabilities and efficient execution in the extrahepatic small nucleic acid field.

Vivatides Therapeutics was founded in 2025 in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, and has consistently focused on the independent innovation and transformation of extrahepatic small nucleic acid delivery technologies. The company's international core team is composed of senior experts from global leading small nucleic acid enterprises such as Arrowhead, Ionis, Alnylam, and Dicerna, who have led the development of multiple extrahepatic pipelines and platform construction. Members of the team have cumulatively led or been deeply involved in several extrahepatic small nucleic acid projects, many of which have entered the clinical development stage.
