
On May 16, 2022 (U.S. time), the first patient was dosed in the Phase I clinical trial of BIO-106, an innovative antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) independently developed by Baikai Biopharma with full international intellectual property rights.
BIO-106 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting solid tumors with high TROP-2 expression. Leveraging Baikai Biopharma’s proprietary payload technology, BIO-106 incorporates molecular design optimizations to minimize damage to normal tissues, thereby offering an improved therapeutic window and favorable safety profile. BIO-106 holds promise for demonstrating efficacy across a range of tumor types.
