Structural Heart Disease Product Developer in Cardiac Surgery

April 2026,The 12th CHINA VALVE (HANGZHOU) Academic ConferenceSuccessfully concluded. Elite professionals in the global structural heart disease field gathered in Hangzhou to explore the frontier of valve intervention."Kingstron Bio"With the world's firstProStyle A®Debut of Dry Pre-Loading Recyclable TAVR SystemThrough one thematic seminar, two high-quality recorded broadcasts, four live-streamed high-difficulty surgeries, and four excellent case presentations, the event provided an in-depth interpretation of the core topics of dry valve technology innovation, full lifecycle management of valves, and long-term durability, showcasing the strong capabilities of China's original dry valve technology leading globally.
During this conference, Kingstron Bio planned "Extraordinary Endurance, Win at the Finish Line”Full Lifecycle Management Seminar, bringing together authoritative experts in the field of structural heart disease in China, to engage in in-depth discussions and share experiences on core industry topics such as innovation in valve intervention technology, long-term valve durability, and full lifecycle patient management, injecting new ideas into the high-quality development of valve intervention diagnosis and treatment in China.

Symposium Venue
At the symposium, experts and scholars gathered together. The attending experts shared their views based on clinical practice experience and gave full affirmation to the clinical application value of the product.
Dr. Zhong Shengping, Founder of Kingstron BioCentered on the concept of "Extraordinary Endurance, Winning at the Finish Line," this article elaborates on the advancements in process innovation to enhance valve durability, with a particular emphasis on the critical role of removing cellular residue in preventing valve calcification. It highlights that Kingstron Bio's independently developed Micro-Ex™ anti-calcification technology significantly reduces the probability of cellular and glutaraldehyde residue, achieving a protective effect akin to a "non-stick pan" and addressing the industry-wide challenge of valve calcification at its source, laying a core technological foundation for long-term valve durability. Meanwhile, the AirBo™ dry valve technology enables treated valves to bypass glutaraldehyde soaking, allowing for factory-standardized pre-loading and quality control. This not only enhances valve durability but also reduces the risks of improper loading leading to valve deformation and glutaraldehyde residue.

As the core academic component of the conference, live surgery broadcasts and high-quality recorded sessions serve as the central stage for evaluating the clinical capabilities of medical devices. At this conference,Kingstron Bio Collaborates with Top Cardiac Center Expert Teams in ChinaThrough four high-difficulty live surgeries and two premium recorded surgeries, ProStyle A was fully showcased.®The Excellent Performance of the Dry-Preparation and Retrievable TAVR System in Complex Clinical Scenarios Presented a Series of Outstanding Teaching Feasts for Interventional Surgery to the Participating Experts.
Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University
Professor Song Guangyuan, Jiang Zhengming, and Yuan Fei's Team
A Case of TAVR with an Extra-Large Annulus and Trileaflet Valve:Annulus 27.8mm large annulus, mild supra-annular restriction, predominantly regurgitation, high requirements for valve anchoring performance; after implantation of AV32 valve, stable without displacement, no paravalvular leakage, zero pressure gradient.

The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University
Professor Peng Xiaoping's Team
A Case of Type 0 Bicuspid Aortic Valve with Conical Calcification TAVR: Conical calcification of the left coronary sinus extending to the LVOT, with a certain risk of annular rupture. After implantation of the AV26 valve, the postoperative echocardiogram showed a mean pressure gradient of 9 mmHg and no paravalvular leakage.

Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University
Professors Ge Junbo, Zhou Daxin, and Pan Wenzhi's Team
A Case of TAVR in an Elderly Patient with Rheumatic Aortic Stenosis: After Implantation of the AV29 Valve, the Gradient Decreased from 70mmHg Preoperatively to 0mmHg, with No Paravalvular Leak.

Professor Wei Lai's Team from Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University
A Case of Transapical TMVR for Mitral Regurgitation:Preoperative mitral annulus 131.7/41.9, malcoaptation of the anterior mitral leaflet, severe MR; due to esophageal cancer, the patient experienced stenosis near the pulmonary veins after esophageal chemotherapy, and the ultrasound probe could not pass through. The team urgently adjusted the strategy, delivered the probe through the apex to complete ultrasound monitoring, successfully completed the valve implantation. Postoperatively, the patient's regurgitation disappeared, and the surgery was a complete success.

Boutique Recorded Broadcast Special
Professor Xinghua Gu's Team from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University: Presents a High-Risk TAVR Case with Small Annulus and Narrow Approach in a Suicidal Left Ventricle Leading to Circulatory Collapse. During the procedure, the patient experienced sudden circulatory collapse. The team resolved the crisis through rapid emergency response and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Relying on the excellent maneuverability and adaptability of the ProStyle A® system, the team successfully completed the valve implantation, ensuring the patient's safety.

Professor Li Chuanbao's Team from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University: Presents a Type 2 Severe Calcification TAVR Case. The balanced radial support force of the valve perfectly dilated the patient’s waist calcified lesion, and the long skirt design effectively reduced the occurrence of paravalvular leakage. Postoperative hemodynamic indicators were excellent, with good clinical outcomes.

Classic Case: Evidence-Based Leadership, Safeguarding the Entire Life Cycle of Patients
Self ProStyle A®Since its commercial application, the system has withstood numerous tests from complex clinical cases and consistently delivered excellent therapeutic outcomes in various high-difficulty, high-risk scenarios. At this CHINA VALVE conference, expert teams from multiple centers across China shared four remarkable clinical cases, using rich evidence-based practices to illustrate the standardized operations and clinical value of full lifecycle management of heart valves.
