And now,After being silent for nearly a year, Odyssey Therapeutics has once again filed an IPO application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to go public on Nasdaq under the stock codeODTXAccording to the latest prospectus filed, the company plans to raise $100 million. The underwriters include well-known institutions such as J.P. Morgan, TD Cowen, and Cantor Fitzgerald.
At this re-filing, the market generally believes that the IPO sentiment has warmed up compared to last year, and the financing window for the biotech sector is gradually opening.
The Journey and Pipeline of Odyssey
Odyssey TherapeuticsFounded in 2021, with its headquarters in Boston, the company focuses on developing innovative therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Before attempting another IPO, the company completed a $213 million Series D financing round in September 2025, with investors including Affinity Asset, Dimension Capital, Lightspeed Ventures, TPG Life Sciences, and others. The cumulative amount raised in the previous Series A, B, and C rounds reached $487 million.
According to the latest SEC filings, SR One Capital Management holds 10.6% of the company's shares, with OrbiMed and Fidelity also being major shareholders.
