“Huijiu Ivy” Big Health Accelerator Camp
Launched in 2021 as a major initiative by the Ivy Club and Huijiu Lecture Hall, in collaboration with leading enterprises such as AstraZeneca and renowned venture capital firms, this program accelerates the growth of startups by integrating core entrepreneurial elements—including industry resources, financing, and talent. It empowers founders through practical courses and the exchange of entrepreneurial experiences, while fostering an open and supportive entrepreneurial “community.”
Building on the widespread acclaim of Phase I, we have continued to iterate and enhance the faculty, curriculum, and operational model of the Accelerator Camp, and are now launching enrollment for Phase II effective immediately.
I. Founding Philosophy
1. Content focused on “practical application”:
Entrepreneurship is a highly practice-oriented endeavor, with the process resembling “crossing a river by feeling for the stones.” Practical experience has not yet been abstracted into theory before the entrepreneurial environment and theoretical assumptions have already changed. The “shelf life” of existing knowledge and experience is becoming increasingly short. Self-reflection, peer exchange, learning by doing, and practice reigns supreme.
2. Operations are "student-centered":
"Mentor-Centered"Passive Feeding ModeClassrooms cannot enable entrepreneurs to bridge the gap from“Knowing” to “Doing”the gap, with a “learner-centered” approachProactive Discovery Model, collision dialogues based on practical experience are conducive to stimulating entrepreneurs togetherEmergence of Collective Intelligence。
II. Learning Modules
Systematic Approach: A Core Management Framework Spanning from Strategic Direction to Execution
Practical Focus: Concentrating on the growth stage of startups, while incorporating the experiences, lessons, and reflections of hands-on entrepreneurs

III. Operations
1. "Startup Little Tigers"
Innovative team formation methods simulate the real-world startup market, with recruitment conducted through self-nomination within the Tiger Boss class, allowing for poaching and job-hopping between groups.PK, internal cliques"Penetrate Classmate Relationships"。
2. Gold Rush and Mining
Selected practical content shared, compiled from pre-collected participant submissionsMiner Squad, centering on the personal experiences of the guest speakers or the discussion topics,From the perspective of learners’ interests, uncover guests’ profound insights and practice learner-centered active learning.
3. Class Activities
Inside Mentor Enterprises:Course + Business Collaboration
Student Enterprise Visit:Frequent peer visits and collaborative discussions
Deep Social:6-Person Private Dining Table, Serving as Mutual Startup Advisors
4. Community-Based Operations for Alumni Associations
● Each cohort and course varies; eligibility requirements may apply.Application for Retraining, early admitsCan audit introductory courses, long-term startup accompaniment
● Regional branches to connect entrepreneurs from different cohorts
IV. Mentorship Structure
Entrepreneurship follows no fixed formula and has no standard answer; it can only ascend in a spiral along a path forged by inductive synthesis and practical experimentation, continually approaching the optimal solution.
Perfect mentors do not exist; to address this, we have established a multi-dimensional mentorship framework, akin to headlights that pierce through the darkness when driving at night.
1. High Beam
Industry and capital luminaries, with their broad vision and insight into trends, illuminate the path ahead, helping you clearly see your direction and identify targets within the next 100 meters.
2. Low Beam
Entrepreneurial pioneers who are just one or two steps ahead of participants share “fresh” experiences and lessons, helping you illuminate the “pitfalls” 10 meters ahead.
3. Small Fog Lamp
Share your dilemmas and diverse explorations with fellow entrepreneurs facing similar challenges, helping you clear the fog just one meter ahead.
