At the Internet Plus Smart Hospital Innovation Development Forum on the afternoon of June 17,Mr. Song Xin, President of the Medical and Health Industry Branch of the China Information Association; Mr. Xiang Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Jiande First People's Hospital; Ms. Jiang Maorong, President of BOE Health IoT Hospital; Mr. Xu Feng, COO of Haoxinqing; Mr. Qu Yi, Founder and CEO of Naiterui; Mr. Yang Jiawei, Chief Market Strategy Officer of Haihu Medical Technology; and Ms. Cairang Zhuoma, Chief Brand Officer of Arula Internet Hospital, attended the forum and delivered insightful speeches.
Song Xin, President of the Medical and Health Industry Branch of the China Information Association:
How Policies Facilitate the Coordinated Development of the “Trinity” Model

In his speech, Mr. Song Xin, President of the Medical and Health Industry Branch of the China Information Association, primarily analyzed the current status and future prospects of smart hospitals and internet hospitals from a policy perspective. He first clarified the three development directions for smart hospitals: smart medical care, smart services, and smart management. He reviewed China’s relevant policies and rating standards for smart hospital construction, proposing that smart hospitals should adhere to a people-centered approach to improve the patient experience and prioritize physicians as the core stakeholders in building a health information ecosystem. Subsequently, he analyzed the challenges facing the development of internet hospitals from five perspectives—health administrative departments, medical insurance providers, hospitals, medical personnel, and patients. These challenges include imperfect top-level design, lack of effective operational strategies, difficulties in changing patient habits, and severe homogenization. He proposed that reforms in internet hospitals must align with contemporary progress and development while meeting the diverse interests of all stakeholders.
Xiang Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Jiande First People's Hospital:
Current Status and Future Prospects of Hospital Information Technology Construction

In his speech, Mr. Xiang Peng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Jiande First People's Hospital, shared that a hospital can only be considered to have initially embarked on the path of smart hospital construction after completing the "trinity" smart certification encompassing Smart Medical Care, Smart Services, and Smart Management. The informatization of hospitals cannot proceed without certifications for classified protection of cybersecurity (MLPS) and standardized interoperability. The existence of a smart hospital requires not only a Clinical Data Center (CDR) but also the support of a data warehouse; hospital operational data must include at least patient data, medical staff data, and hospital operational metrics. The construction of medical knowledge bases serves as the underlying logic driving Smart Health Insurance. The most cost-effective application of Smart Health Insurance lies in real-time cost control at the physician's end, shifting cost-control interventions upstream into the medical care process. The development and application of AI-enabled medical devices have brought significant convenience and efficiency to clinical treatment in various fields, including nodules, fractures, and cardiovascular diseases. Digital therapeutics are evidence-based therapeutic interventions driven by software, with clinical applications primarily categorized into digital services, adjunctive digital therapeutics, and digital drug replacements. With the advent of the information age, informatization support platforms are no longer mere tools but comprehensive support systems integrated throughout medical practices and management, underpinning our entry into the digital and intelligent eras.
Jiang Maorong, President of BOE Health IoT Hospital:

Through multi-platform integration, Haoxinqing aims to establish an intelligent medical service system and develop smart treatment plans.
Qu Yi, Founder and CEO of Naiterui:
Compliance and Current Status of Internet Healthcare Development: Digital Transformation in the "Internet+" Era

In his speech, Mr. Qu Yi, Founder and CEO of Naiterui, shared that as digital diagnosis and treatment penetrate households across China, internet hospital services are flourishing. The primary prerequisite for this growth is the standardization and current state of internet healthcare infrastructure. With national support for the digital infrastructure of internet hospitals, such institutions have sprung up throughout China. The development of internet hospitals comprises two components: offline and online. The offline component involves establishing physical medical institutions that meet national requirements for internet hospitals, while the online component entails building internet-based systems compliant with the online management standards set by the National Health Commission. By creating a digital ecosystem, Naiterui helps enhance the value of medical services; it also constructs a health operation management system to provide big data-driven precision medicine solutions.
Yang Jiawei, Chief Marketing Strategy Officer at Haihu Medical Technology:
Digital Innovation: Empowering the Reconstruction of a New Smart Healthcare Ecosystem

Mr. Yang Jiawei, Chief Market Strategy Officer of Haihu Medical Technology, shared that the standard pathway for enterprises applying to establish an Internet Hospital consists of four steps: infrastructure development, system construction, regulatory integration, and delivery and operations.
