The application is for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) in adult patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis. HS-10568 is a calcimimetic agent (CaSR allosteric modulator) that enhances the sensitivity of the receptor to extracellular calcium, thereby reducing the secretion of parathyroid hormone (PTH).
