Strategic Merger Agreement Signed Between GiantMed and Elite Medical to Strengthen CDMO Capabilities in Medical Devices

Recently, Juyi Science and Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “joymed”) announced that it had reached a strategic merger and acquisition cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Airis Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Airis Medical”). According to the agreement, joymed will acquire and integrate Airis Medical as a wholly-owned subsidiary, marking another solid step forward in strengthening and enhancing its medical device CDMO platform capabilities.
