HS235 has Completed Phase I Clinical Trials and is About to Initiate Clinical Studies for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and Pulmonary Hypertension Associated with Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (PH-HFpEF). The Drug has Been Optimally Designed for Higher Selectivity towards Activin Receptors, Reducing Binding to BMP9 and BMP10 Ligands, Thereby Lowering Risks of Adverse Events Such as Bleeding and Capillary Expansion.
