Aikang Biopharma Completes Series D Financing Led by Zhengxin Valley Capital, Advances NDA Submission for Lead Asset Aikiswe

Shanghai, China, July 14, 2022 – ArkBio announced today the completion of its Series D financing round. The round was led by Loyal Valley Capital, with participation from C&D Emerging Industry Investment and Longda Food. Existing investors, including Oriza Holdings, Qiming Venture Partners, Shanghai Free Trade Zone Fund and its Lingang New Area Science and Technology Innovation Fund, as well as the SME Development Fund (Chengdu) managed by Oriental Fortune Capital, continued their investment.
