New investors included MSA Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Qiao Capital, Jiangyuan Investment, Zhongfazhan Lingchuang/Life Science Park Venture Capital Fund, Superstring Fund, and Future Innovation Fund. Following the completion of this round, the company’s total funds raised to date have exceeded $300 million.

Sironax’s R&D pipeline comprises multiple projects focused on the pathogenic mechanisms of age-related degenerative diseases, including programmed cell death, neuroprotective pathways, and neuroinflammation. Sironax plans to allocate the raised funds toward the clinical development of its receptor-interacting protein kinase 1 (RIPK1) inhibitor, further expand its R&D scale and pipeline, and develop various potential best-in-class or first-in-class drug candidates for age-related degenerative diseases.
