At 10:10 a.m. on August 13, Shanghai KYEE Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KYEE”) and Guangdong Xinshangan IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinshangan”) officially signed a strategic investment and cooperation agreement.
