Meanwhile, it provides customers with comprehensive smart rehabilitation solutions covering the entire process and full lifecycle. The team’s recent launch ofBelowLimb Intelligent Rehabilitation Training System 2.0, suitable for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with lower limb dysfunction caused by various diseases such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury,Upper and Lower Limb Motor Rehabilitation Training SystemSuitable for early bedside rehabilitation therapy for patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, and upper/lower limb fractures, whileSmart Rehabilitation Information Management SystemProvides standardized digital solutions for the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Statistical data indicate that the annual incidence of first-ever stroke among middle-aged and elderly residents in China is increasing by an average of 8.3% per year, with nearly 800,000 new cases of spinal cord injury reported annually. Furthermore, fractures resulting from traffic accidents and those occurring in the elderly are also on the rise year by year. Although motor control training for treating these injuries has been applied in clinical practice, it is characterized by prolonged treatment cycles and limited efficacy. The performance of available medical devices used in such treatments varies significantly, and there is a heavy reliance on imports. This leads to extended rehabilitation periods and high costs for patients, representing a major pain point plaguing China’s medical rehabilitation industry.

To address this issue, AVIC Chuangshi Robot (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., guided by national policy documents such as the “Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Rehabilitation Medical Services,” has leveraged its accumulated expertise in equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing to overcome multiple core technological challenges. Targeting diverse etiologies and application scenarios, the company has innovatively developed two high-intelligence, high-tech, and high-quality products: the Intelligent Lower Limb Rehabilitation Training System and the Upper and Lower Limb Motor Rehabilitation Training System.

AVIC Chuangshi adheres to the “patient-centered” philosophy, leveraging advanced Internet of Things (IoT) technology to establish connectivity among patients, healthcare professionals, and medical devices. It has developed a smart healthcare system for the entire rehabilitation process—the Smart Rehabilitation Information Management System—thereby providing research and innovation capabilities as well as support services in the field of smart healthcare.
