Ms. Andrea Brenner has over 20 years of experience in the life sciences sector, specializing in building talent pipelines and teams for global pharmaceutical R&D and senior executive roles. She is responsible for all talent relationship management and oversight at Geding Ventures. Previously, she served as Head of Human Resources at several biopharmaceutical companies, including CRISPR Therapeutics, BlueRock Therapeutics (acquired by Bayer), Editas Medicine, Agios Pharmaceuticals, Millennium Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Takeda), and Boston Scientific.

Mr. Jiang Yifei has over 16 years of professional experience in healthcare investment banking, transaction advisory, and financial and tax consulting. Prior to joining Geding Venture Capital, Mr. Jiang served as Managing Director of the Healthcare and Life Sciences Division at China Renaissance, where he successfully completed more than 30 private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings (IPOs), with a total transaction value exceeding USD 4 billion. He also served as Head of the China Renaissance Alpha team (early-stage private equity services) and Chief Operating Officer of the Financial Advisory Division. Previously, he worked in the Tax and Business Consulting Department at Deloitte and the Transaction Services practice at PwC, focusing on capital market-related transaction services, as well as financial, tax, and legal services in Asia and Greater China.
