Bota BioandMedichemThey will jointly advance two high-value API projects. Bota will be responsible for developing novel enzymes to enable efficient catalysis and sustainable production, thereby minimizing the need for expensive reagents and intermediates during the manufacturing process. Medichem will handle API R&D, scale-up, manufacturing, and commercial operations at its facilities in Spain and Malta.
