8th Biomedical Big Data and Intelligent Technology Summit

Under the national development plans guided by “Healthy China” and “Digital China,” and to promote the development of interdisciplinary medicine-engineering fields, deepen medical-engineering collaboration for mutual prosperity, and conduct research through innovative cross-disciplinary approaches, Sichuan University, the “Medicine + Information” Center of Sichuan University, West China School of Clinical Medicine/West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and the College of Intelligent Science and Technology of Sichuan University will jointly hold the “8th Biomedical Big Data & Intelligent Technology Summit” online in Chengdu on September 28, 2022. The theme of the conference is “Intelligent Trends in Medicine: Cluster Innovation.” It aims to leverage the strengths of government, industry, academia, and research partners through cross-disciplinary approaches, align with the national “Healthy China 2030” plan, and strive to enhance the level of health science and technology innovation. By fully integrating the multidisciplinary advantages of computer science and technology, software engineering, mathematics, control science, and clinical medicine, the summit will explore future developments and opportunities at the intersection of intelligent science and technology—such as intelligent control systems, intelligent robotics, and intelligent information systems—and medicine.

The conference will adhere to the principles of advancement, academic rigor, and practicality, facilitating exchanges through keynote speeches and thematic presentations. Researchers, professionals, and industry colleagues from the fields of medicine, engineering, and interdisciplinary sciences are cordially invited to attend and engage in dialogue.
