1. The applicant must be legally established, operate in a sound manner, and have no record of major violations or penalties in the past three years.
2. The same applicant may submit multiple products (solutions) for participation in the evaluation; however, each product (solution) may only be submitted for one category of evaluation.
3. The participating products (solutions) must demonstrate significant advantages over other products (solutions) in at least one of the following aspects: technologies employed, specialty-specific clinical needs, specialty-specific therapeutic efficacy, or process efficiency; or they must achieve breakthrough innovations from scratch in at least one of the following areas within their respective research fields: concepts, technologies, products, platforms, or services.
4. Products (solutions) submitted for selection must be free from negative reports regarding patent disputes, academic fraud, or fabrication of clinical trial data.
5. This selection is open exclusively to healthcare and medical enterprises; universities and research institutes may only participate as joint applicants with enterprises and are not eligible to apply independently. Eligible healthcare and medical enterprises include both listed and unlisted companies.
6. In addition to self-submitted application materials, the Organizing Committee will also select outstanding medical technology products (solutions) from the application materials for the 2022 Top 100 Future Healthcare Companies main list and the Pengcheng Awards, as well as from the application materials for the 2022 Innovative Cases of Medical Device Global Expansion, as supplements to be included in this evaluation.
