WeDoctor and Greentown Chunling Healthcare Launch 'Linliyi' to Build an Integrated Online-Offline Community HMO Service Model

On September 23, driven by the joint efforts of WeDoctor Group and Greentown Chunling Health & Elderly Care, the “Neighborhood Doctor” project—a health community service station integrating modern “Internet+” features with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics—was officially launched at the Yuhang Emerald Future Community Health and Elderly Care Center in Hangzhou. As another initiative by WeDoctor to build its “Neighborhood Doctor” brand series for future communities and explore the community-based HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) service model, the project will leverage the Intelligent Health Cloud to innovate community health service scenarios. It aims to provide residents with integrated online-to-offline digital medical care and health maintenance services, meeting their demand for high-quality health services.

Future Communities are a landmark achievement of Zhejiang Province’s concerted efforts to build an “Important Window” and advance the construction of modern basic units for common prosperity. Since the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued the Notice on Launching the 2021 Future Community Creation Initiative in March 2021, WeDoctor, as the core designated supplier for the “Neighborhood Healthcare” component within the Health scenario—one of the nine key scenarios of Zhejiang’s Future Communities—has actively embraced the Future Community creation philosophy. It is reported that the Hangzhou Yuhang Feicui Future Community is among the third batch of Future Community pilot projects in Zhejiang Province. “Neighborhood Medical Services” had just been established, and community residents immediately experienced the benefits of accessing healthcare without leaving their homes. Recently, Aunt Rong suffered from a dull ache in her leg, accompanied by a “crunching” sound when walking. Upon hearing that the neighborhood medical service was launching in her community and that Dr. Wang Yong, an expert in chiropractic medicine, would be giving an on-site lecture, she promptly attended to listen and also experienced the expert’s chiropractic treatment. “It’s amazing! My leg pain subsided quickly after Dr. Wang’s on-site treatment. Thank you so much!” said Aunt Rong happily.
