Recently, Beijing Qinghui Liannuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qinghui Liannuo”) announced the completion of its Series A equity financing, raising nearly RMB 200 million. Investors in this round included Longpan Investment, Zhongguancun Capital, Beijing Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Investment Fund, Feitu Hongyuan, and Shenzhen Capital Group. The funds raised will be primarily used for clinical studies of core products, proof-of-concept for early-stage innovative pipelines, and the continuous iteration and upgrading of the company’s proprietary γδ T-cell technology platform.

Qinghui Liannuo has independently built a proprietary technology platform covering the entire development chain of γδ T cells, leveraging its team’s over two decades of research accumulation in the field of γδ T/BTN immune mechanisms. By precisely regulating the BTN protein family—the “molecular switch” controlling T cell activation—the company focuses on differentiated innovation in immunotherapy. The company’s core pipeline candidate, QH104A, is the first off-the-shelf cellular therapy for glioma to enter clinical stages globally. Phase I clinical enrollment is proceeding smoothly, positioning it at the forefront of cellular therapy approaches for this indication. For off-the-shelf γδ T cell therapies targeting B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases, investigator-initiated clinical studies have demonstrated promising therapeutic potential and manageable safety profiles, offering new treatment options for these patient populations. Furthermore, capitalizing on the unique immune recognition mechanism of γδ TCR/BTN, the company has deployed innovative products with novel mechanisms of action in multiple hematologic and solid tumor indications where existing CAR-T therapies (including autologous or allogeneic CAR, and in vivo CAR) have shown suboptimal performance or faced technical challenges. The pipeline portfolio continues to expand, increasingly demonstrating the extended value of its platform technology.

The completion of this round of financing provides significant support for Qinghui Liannuo’s next phase of R&D and clinical advancement. The company will continue to focus on the γδ T cell field, steadily advancing the clinical translation and registration studies of its core pipeline with a pragmatic and efficient R&D pace and an open global perspective, thereby solidifying the technological foundation of China’s original cell therapy innovations and promoting the accessibility of domestically developed innovative therapies to a broader patient population.
