Eagle Eye Smart TCM Files for IPO: AI-Powered Infrared Thermography for Early Disease Risk Screening and Chronic Disease Management

TCM infrared detection devices can convert thermal radiation signals from human metabolism and blood circulation into infrared thermograms characterized by temperature. These thermograms are then intelligently analyzed via big data platforms and AI systems, generating a visual diagnostic report that presents the user’s health status from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective.

This system is the result of years of research and development by Beijing Yingyan Intelligent Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yingyan Smart TCM”). With over 100,000 clinical cases, Yingyan Smart TCM has accumulated extensive practical experience, enabling its algorithmic models to be thoroughly trained and learned from substantial data, thereby achieving continuous upgrades and iterations.

Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology + TCM Intelligent Algorithms: Full-Body Screening in Just 5 Minutes

“The best physicians treat disease before it arises,” emphasizing prevention before onset. This ancient tenet of Traditional Chinese Medicine aligns precisely with the current health trend of shifting from passive treatment to proactive prevention. The “Healthy China” strategy explicitly highlights the principle of prioritizing prevention, moving interventions upstream to reduce disease incidence; strengthening early detection, diagnosis, and intervention; promoting the development of the health industry; and achieving health for all.

Cui Deqi, Vice President of Yingyan Smart TCM, stated that early detection, diagnosis, and intervention have become a core consensus in the healthcare sector. Through scientific and systematic early intervention, many diseases can be treated and improved, significantly reducing the medical financial burden on individuals and their families.

Yingyan Smart TCM adopts an approach grounded in the “Human Life Thermodynamics Theory,” integrating technologies such as infrared thermal imaging, AI algorithms, and big data on diagnosis and treatment to realize “Artificial Intelligence” in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Currently, Yingyan Smart TCM has successfully developed a range of technological products, including intelligent robots, intelligent cabin devices, auxiliary syndrome differentiation analysis systems, and guided systems for syndrome-based treatment. “We hope to serve primary healthcare institutions and health management organizations through these intelligent devices and systems, thereby achieving objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation and standardization of treatment protocols, and promoting the broader application of TCM’s clinical advantages at the grassroots level,” said Cui Deqi.

It is understood that the Yingyan No. 8 Intelligent Detection Device is based on the "Theory of Human Life Thermodynamics." By utilizing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) infrared technology to detect temperature information at key body areas, along the 16 meridians, and across 360 acupoints, the device analyzes energy discrepancies in the zang-fu organs, meridians, and triple burner (San Jiao). It identifies early warning signals of energy dysregulation, metabolic disorders, and functional decline before organic lesions develop. The device enables head-and-face scanning in 1 minute and full-body scanning in 5 minutes, offering the advantages of being non-radioactive, non-invasive, visualized, and quantifiable.

Hawkeye Smart TCM has developed a range of application systems, including information collection, infrared holographic analysis, and intelligent TCM diagnosis, based on its proprietary series of analytical and algorithmic technologies. Over the past two years, the company has been granted multiple invention patents, with the fastest approval process taking less than six months to pass examination by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and receive the invention patent certificate.

Pioneering the integrated model of "screening, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management"

Providing One-Stop Health Management Services for Individuals with Suboptimal Health and Chronic Diseases

Building on its deep technological expertise in detection and diagnosis, Yingyan Smart TCM has expanded to provide an integrated, full-lifecycle health management service encompassing “screening, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management.” This one-stop solution covers multiple stages, including intelligent screening, assisted diagnosis, prescription recommendations, personalized conditioning, health information tracking, and health guidance. This strategic layout aims to further enhance the service efficiency of medical and health management institutions and improve the diagnostic and treatment experience for patients and individuals under health management.

Based on the integrated health management service of "screening, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management,"Yingyan Smart TCM has launched the “Smart TCM Department Construction” project. By collaborating with the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Charity Federation’s “TCM Revitalization Project,” it empowers primary healthcare institutions in building TCM and related departments, thereby effectively enhancing their overall operational service capabilities.

Yingyan Smart TCM places special emphasis on scientific research and the sustained delivery of long-term value.Currently, Yingyan Smart TCM has participated in the National “13th Five-Year” Key R&D Program led by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and has established industry-academia-research collaborations with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research institutions and academies such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These efforts aim to jointly promote the translation and practical application of TCM research achievements in clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as health management.

Cui Deqi stated that Yingyan Smart TCM has been gradually refining its technology and product ecosystem, having established partnerships with over 150 medical and health management institutions. Moving forward, the company will continue to strengthen its capabilities in infrared thermal imaging, multi-diagnostic integration, and AI algorithms, further empowering grassroots communities through one-stop solutions combining equipment and services, thereby contributing to the healthy development of the entire population.
