On June 10, Laekna Therapeutics announcedSigned an exclusive license agreement with Vasque Bio,grant the latterNovel Pan-Mutant-Selective Inhibition of PI3KαGlobal Presence of LAE118(excluding the Greater China region) exclusive licensing rights.

Under the agreement, Laekna is eligible to receive an upfrontCash payment of USD 10 million,Vasque Bio: High double-digit equity (or cash), milestone payments of up to $517 million, and overseas sales royalties，If Vasque Bio achievesRelevant strategic transactions, may alsoTakeAdditional proceeds of up to 50% of the total strategic transaction value.
