As digitalization accelerates its penetration into all sectors of society, enterprises are compelled to confront diverse data asset management challenges, rapidly evolving complex IT architectures, and heightened business continuity requirements. Against this backdrop, AIOps has become a cornerstone for the development of modern enterprises. Organizations lacking intelligent operations and maintenance (AIOps) capabilities will face inefficiencies in managing data assets and uncertainties in ensuring business continuity, thereby struggling to keep pace in the digital era.

During the AIOps 1.0 phase, enterprises’ efforts to build intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M) capabilities often focused on relatively isolated O&M scenarios. By adopting domain-specific tools augmented with AI analytics and developing customized solutions based on user scenarios, enterprises partially achieved anomaly detection and identification for individual applications, thereby reducing certain labor costs on the O&M side. However, due to factors such as the siloed nature of various O&M tools and fragmentation across technology stacks, these initiatives yielded limited improvements in O&M efficiency. They failed to fundamentally address the O&M management challenges faced by modern enterprises, thus unable to provide robust technical support for ensuring business continuity.

Following initial forays into intelligent IT operations (AIOps) infrastructure, enterprises are urgently seeking more mature and stable AIOps solutions. Looking to mature digital markets that adopted AIOps six years earlier than China, companies like Datadog have already established a validated development path. Chinese enterprise users, CIOs, and the AIOps industry are now entering the AIOps 2.0 era. The previous bottlenecks in intelligent operations are gradually being overcome, and enterprise users are increasingly clarifying their intelligent operations requirements: a comprehensive, unified, standardized underlying platform; reusable low-code rapid development capabilities; and full-coverage upper-layer applications across various industries and scenarios constitute the new demand landscape for AIOps 2.0. Furthermore, AIOps products have been refined through deployment with banking clients and are gradually expanding into other financial sub-sectors. They are also taking root in manufacturing, consumer goods, government, healthcare, and other sectors. Simultaneously, continuous advancement in the field of information technology application innovation (XC) is underway, with these two areas jointly emerging as strong growth drivers for the future of the IT operations industry.

As a pioneer in the AIOps sector, Dingmao Technology is committed to providing enterprise-level customers with a full matrix of AIOps applications built on the ARCANA digital intelligence foundation through agile deployment. By integrating various scenario-based applications into comprehensive solutions, it achieves intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M) across entire enterprise systems and data landscapes. Addressing the traditional siloed management model, Dingmao Technology has established horizontal, cross-layer runtime relationships among data services. This provides O&M management teams with accurate, real-time visibility into O&M objects, metrics, and data, along with multi-dimensional relational perspectives. This approach fully leverages the breadth and depth of O&M data relationships in intelligent algorithms, actively leading the high-quality development of China’s AIOps 2.0 era.

Recently, Dingmao upgraded and launched two core products—the new-generation ARCANA Digital Intelligence Foundation and Di-AIOps Scenario Applications—further demonstrating to the market its core strategy of “Integrated Platform” + “Full-Matrix Specialized Applications,” as well as its leading capabilities in data governance and operations.

The newly upgraded ARCANA, guided by the product design philosophy of observability-driven data, achieves unified operation and deep intelligent analysis across the entire data lifecycle. It features standard access and comprehensive governance for over 100 types of system data, along with out-of-the-box support for 90% of IT operations scenarios, enabling high-concurrency computing and analysis of massive datasets with second-level retrieval capabilities. The new version of ARCANA provides customers with enhanced unified development capabilities for massive, multi-source heterogeneous data, as well as data modeling capabilities tailored for AIOps scenarios. It establishes robust data asset management and data service capabilities, addressing the blind spots in data quality and data intelligence management inherent in traditional IT operations. By exposing data value to various management tool systems through service-oriented architectures, ARCANA eliminates redundant development efforts in the use of operational data, significantly reducing the cost of data reuse. Furthermore, the new version of ARCANA enhances visual operational capabilities by offering a configurable, interactive, and integrated data visualization solution. Customers can rapidly build business analysis scenarios using low-code drag-and-drop functionality and built-in, extensible templates with industry-specific attributes.

Dingmao Technology abstracts mature scenario-based practices into technical modules and integrates them into the new version of ARCANA, forming an operations object management model. This model encompasses business characteristics, data conditions, data models, algorithm combinations, and output results within scenario management, enabling efficient reuse of expertise and empowering operations management teams with the capability for sustainable improvement and optimization of existing operational capabilities. In contrast, traditional CMDBs fail to achieve observability of operations objects, operations metrics, operations data, and their interdependent runtime relationships, making it difficult to truly extend intelligence across the entire spectrum of IT operations. The new version of ARCANA further enhances AI capabilities by adopting a distributed microservices algorithm framework. It provides orchestratable and scalable AIOps algorithm services, featuring cross-platform multi-task priority resource scheduling and low-code atomic algorithm orchestration capabilities for intelligent operations scenario templates. Currently, ARCANA exhibits significant lifelong learning characteristics, supporting dual interactive feedback from real-time online performance and expert experience, as well as a closed-loop AI capability that integrates adaptive model optimization with machine learning.

Simultaneously, the upgraded version of Di-AIOps has been released. It consolidates operational experience and scenarios—originally covering anomaly detection, correlated alerting, root cause localization, and incident response—into a knowledge graph, forming a library of over 500 out-of-the-box atomic scenario cases. Empowered by AI, it seamlessly integrates into customers’ operational workflows and new scenarios, making Dingmao the only enterprise in the industry with a closed loop between operational scenarios and AI capabilities, thereby achieving a positive spiral effect from operational expertise to product competitiveness. This move addresses the technical bottlenecks that hindered product adoption in the AIOps 1.0 era. By integrating monitoring tools through features such as real-time entity extraction, unified entity management, and monitoring coverage management, it enables a leap from data swamps to data lakes for operational data.In terms of monitoring capabilities, the new Di-AIOps relies on a metric system built upon its data architecture. Leveraging algorithms such as intelligent anomaly detection and multi-dimensional analysis, and utilizing monitoring tools based on dynamic thresholds, object-oriented approaches, and golden metrics, it helps users expand their monitoring scope by tens of times in the field of business performance monitoring. With finer monitoring granularity, it not only ensures accuracy but also enables earlier detection of anomalies and failures in business performance or infrastructure, thus more effectively supporting agile business development. The new Di-AIOps also enhances the identification of suspected faults and risks, enriches the classification levels of operational events, and expands channels for identifying and capturing operational events at varying granularities. This eliminates management blind spots, ensuring comprehensive coverage of operational events at all levels.

The two major upgraded new products represent the practical application and transformation of Dingmao Technology’s continuous R&D achievements over the past year. Born out of Dingmao’s accumulated operational experience, pain points, and critical needs from its client base, these products break through the constraints of conventional IT operations data governance. They extend the granularity of operational objects, metrics, data, and algorithmic scenarios to cover the entire architectural landscape, thereby delivering greater application value by unlocking data potential with AI algorithms in complex operational scenarios and empowering management objectives.
