Professor Zhu Da (Yunnan Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital)It was pointed out that the proportion of moderate or higher MR combined with TR in the Chinese population is as high as 26.92%, and the prognosis of such patients is worse. Studies have shown that performing M-TEER + T-TEER simultaneously can significantly reduce the 1-year all-cause mortality rate. • Surgical Highlights: During the operation, the NeoNova® system demonstrated flexible capture ability and clipping mechanism under precise guidance of 3D and X-plane ultrasound.
