Currently, cognitive impairment is becoming one of the most burdensome diseases globally, and its early prevention, screening, and treatment represent major challenges in the field of global public health. Meanwhile, by the end of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan period, the number of people aged 60 and above will exceed 300 million, with approximately one-quarter of this age group at risk of cognitive impairment, representing a significantly large population base. China is also poised to become one of the countries with the fastest-growing aging population over the next 30 years.

Cognitive disorders face numerous challenges, including an irreversible disease course, easy neglect in the early stages, lack of curative medications, and significant gaps in coverage. Therefore, early screening, diagnosis, and intervention for cognitive disorders hold substantial value, both for patient benefits and from a health economics perspective. Due to the limitations of traditional screening and intervention methods, digital active prevention systems for cognitive disorders have become virtually the only clinically accepted effective measure.
