Dr. Hongjiang Miao, currently serving as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer of Harbour BioMed (Suzhou) Co., Ltd, leads the artificial intelligence team in advancing the company’s A³ (Antibody engineering × AI × Automation) strategy. Dr. Miao has extensive experience in AI and bio-computation, having obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Oxford, and his Ph.D. from Imperial College London under the guidance of Professor Michael J.E. Sternberg, Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, focusing on algorithm research for protein structure and function prediction. He previously served as the AICTO of Great Bay Bio and the head of Tianrang Intelligent XLab, leading teams to develop high-precision protein structure prediction algorithms and the first AIGC protein design workstation, making significant contributions to computational biology and AI-driven therapeutic innovation.

About CBA
Chinese-American Biopharmaceutical Technology Association(Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association-USA, abbreviated as CBA) was founded in 1995 and is the largest Chinese-American professional association in the biopharmaceutical industry in the United States.
The primary mission of CBA is to serve as a bridge for cooperation between the United States and China in the biopharmaceutical field, promote comprehensive exchanges among professionals in the pharmaceutical industries of both countries, and provide a favorable environment for the development and collaboration of biopharmaceutical companies and research institutions.
CBA members come from a variety of sources, including emerging technology companies in the United States and China, multinational pharmaceutical corporations, colleges and universities, research institutions, government pharmaceutical review departments, various support funds for research or industrial development, and professional organizations specializing in law and intellectual property. Over 80% of CBA members hold a Ph.D.
CBA has a good reputation internationally, with members遍布世界各地, including China, the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Japan. Currently, the cumulative total of individual members exceeds ten thousand, and the cumulative total of corporate members exceeds one thousand.
CBA has a close relationship with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Many of its presidents have worked at the FDA and are familiar with international biopharmaceutical registration strategies and other regulations. CBA also maintains strong ties with the University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, and its School of Medicine. Additionally, Jiangsu Province and Maryland State share a sister-state relationship.
