On the morning of April 27, the Guangdong Artificial Intelligence Application Matching Conference, jointly organized by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, was successfully held. Under the theme of "Intelligent Connectivity for All Industries, Empowering Hundreds of Sectors," the conference brought together representatives from enterprises, research institutions, universities, financial institutions, and more from within and outside the province to promote efficient matching of technology, application scenarios, and capital, comprehensively accelerating the large-scale implementation of artificial intelligence and its deep integration with various industries. Meng Fanli, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary, and Governor of Guangdong Province, attended the conference and delivered a speech, affirming that Guangdong will embrace artificial intelligence with the greatest enthusiasm, strengthen the technological foundation, expand application scenarios, improve policy support, vigorously advance the "Artificial Intelligence +" initiative, and fully promote high-quality development and high-level application across the entire artificial intelligence industry chain. The conference adopted a "1 + 5" format, centrally releasing provincial artificial intelligence support policies, recommendations for four major products, and 23 typical "Artificial Intelligence +" application cases.XtalPi as one of the four benchmark enterprisesRepresentative of1. Sharing important products and technological achievements with companies such as Huawei and Tencent, co-founder and CEO Dr. Ma JianInvited to speak on site, he combined the company's corporate practices in AI technology breakthroughs and industrial application implementation to discuss innovative approaches to the integration of artificial intelligence and the biopharmaceuticals industry, as well as XtalPi's cutting-edge achievements in reconstructing the R&D paradigm with intelligent technology.

Dr. Ma Jian first introduced the latest achievements in corporate innovation: the collaboration with incubated company Signet Therapeutics on the XtalPi AI autonomous experimentation platform. The world's first pan-TEAD inhibitor SIGX 2649 has completed preclinical research and is about to submit an IND application to the regulatory authorities in China and the United States simultaneously. The entire process of this new drug, from target discovery to candidate compound identification, was deeply empowered by AI, significantly enhancing R&D efficiency and success rates. Dr. Ma Jian pointed out: "This is not only a breakthrough in the development of a single new drug but also a milestone for AI technology in the biopharmaceutical field, transitioning from theoretical concept to industrial implementation."

In view of the current situation in the industry, Dr. Ma Jian believes that although the world's leading pharmaceutical companies and technology giants are accelerating their layout in the AI + biomedicine track, the shortage of high-quality data remains the core bottleneck for the current development of the industry. He emphasized:"No high-quality data, no high-quality model."To this end, XtalPi has built an unmanned intelligent experimental system relying on its self-developed laboratory automation robots. This system achieves continuous production of standardized experimental data 7 × 24 hours a day, laying a solid foundation for the iteration of AI algorithms and model training from the source, and building up the company's core technical barriers.

Building on its data foundation, XtalPi has further achieved technological fusion and innovation by deeply integrating Multi-Agent systems, domain-specific large models, and automated robotics to create a unified AI-driven autonomous experimentation platform. This platform simulates the collaborative working mode of scientists through multi-agent systems, combined with AI large models specialized in vertical fields, achieving a fully autonomous closed-loop process from experimental design, hands-on execution, to data analysis. This self-experimenting and self-iterating intelligent R&D system is providing core technical support for breakthroughs in global first-in-class drug discovery.

Dr. Ma Jian stated that this AI autonomous experimentation paradigm has strong versatility and replicability. In addition to biomedicine, this technology has been widely expanded into material science fields such as new materials, new energy, and advanced manufacturing, supporting technological breakthroughs in key areas like high-end materials and energy storage technologies, which also echoes the theme of this conference, "Intelligent Connectivity for All Industries, Empowering Hundreds of Sectors." Looking ahead, XtalPi will leverage the advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region and Guangdong's industrial ecosystem to empower more local enterprises and help Guangdong become a core area and main base for global manufacturing.

The conference featured an innovation product exhibition area and a scenario对接洽谈区, where XtalPi showcased its core self-developed achievements such as the intelligent autonomous experimentation platform. This provided an intuitive demonstration of the end-to-end intelligent R&D capabilities driven by AI + robotics as well as practical application cases, attracting guests and partners from various industries to stop by for observation, exchange, and consultation.
