Investors participating in the Series D+ round include Beijing Venture Capital and Borun Investment, while Yanchuang Capital, one of the lead investors in the Series D round, continued its support in the Series D+ round. This financing serves as an extension of the Series D round completed by TenNor Therapeutics in the first half of this year. The combined transaction value of the Series D and Series D+ rounds amounts to RMB 330 million. The funds raised will be used to advance late-stage clinical trials of TenNor Therapeutics’ core products.
