The conference also organized the selection for the “Global Digital Trade Expo Pioneer Award (DT Award)” to better guide trends in the digital trade industry and showcase the most cutting-edge technologies, services, and products in the field. WeDoctor was selected alongside leading domestic and international sci-tech innovation enterprises such as Tesla, AstraZeneca, Amazon, and Tencent, for its “Future Community Health Scenario Solution.”

The DT Award evaluation assesses participating projects across six key dimensions: innovation, market prospects, social impact, conceptual design, alignment with the “Dual Carbon” goals, and exhibition experience. It selects high-end, precision, and advanced industry projects based on criteria such as originality, breakthrough potential, leadership, and supportive capacity. The evaluation not only examines the frontier nature of technologies, markets, and concepts but also considers the demonstrative role of social responsibility.

The “Future Community Health Scenario Solution”—Linli Yi, which stood out among numerous contenders, leverages WeDoctor’s Wuzhen Internet Hospital. By deploying intelligent terminal devices such as smart clinics and smart medication cabinets, it achieves intelligent triage and precise matching before consultation, assisted diagnosis and intelligent prescription review during consultation, and health management with intelligent follow-up after consultation. This approach establishes a “trinity” O2O community health management system, providing residents with comprehensive medical and healthcare services covering the entire lifecycle, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, management, and wellness.

Future Communities are a landmark achievement of Zhejiang Province’s concerted efforts to build an “Important Window” and advance the construction of modern basic units for common prosperity. Since the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued the Notice on Launching the 2021 Future Community Creation Initiative in March 2021, WeDoctor, as the core designated supplier for the “Neighborhood Care” component within the Health Scenario—one of the nine key scenarios of Zhejiang’s Future Communities—has actively embraced the creation philosophy. By leveraging digital technologies to empower the “Future Health” initiative, WeDoctor has bridged the “last mile” of community healthcare services and explored a sustainable, future-oriented community HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) operational model. Currently, drawing on its extensive medical resources and comprehensive service system, WeDoctor has supported more than 30 Future Communities in cities such as Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Jinhua, and Quzhou in building their “Healthy Community” scenarios.

Furthermore, WeDoctor showcased digital and intelligent healthcare solutions tailored to various scenarios, including individuals, families, and communities. Among these, the “Smart Home Hospital” designed for home settings leverages smart terminals such as “WeDoctor Connect” to enable family members to access services—including diagnostic tests, health assessments, online consultations, follow-up visits and medication purchases, health management, and daily reminders—without leaving home, thereby addressing common concerns about the difficulties of seeking medical care and managing chronic conditions. To meet the diverse health insurance needs of different households, the Smart Home Hospital also offers thoughtful products and services such as the “7+1” Health Maintenance Plan, the WeDoctor Family Health Card, long-term care insurance, and inclusive supplementary medical insurance.

WeDoctor’s “Intelligent Fundus Camera” is an ophthalmic AI system with diabetic retinopathy as its primary indication. Adopting a model of “ocular image data + AI-assisted diagnosis,” it can be integrated with automated fundus cameras into an all-in-one intelligent device, or provide ophthalmic healthcare professionals with expert-level AI assistance through the cloud-based “Intelligent Fundus Screening Doctor.” This AI system has currently been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and cleared for market launch.
