China Resources Sanjiu and Yumi Tech Announce Strategic Partnership to Build a Data-Driven Integrated Platform for Chronic Disease Management

Recently, China Resources Sanjiu and Yuemi Technology jointly announced a strategic partnership to co-develop a data-driven integrated management platform for chronic disease patients and physicians, focusing on areas such as pediatric growth and development. The platform will cover multiple core scenarios, including physician education, doctor-patient interaction, patient management, internet hospitals, and DTP (Direct-to-Patient) pharmacies, aiming to serve China’s vast population of chronic disease patients. In addition to establishing a data-driven online closed-loop system for doctor-patient management, this collaboration will leverage Yuemi Technology’s offline resources to further integrate online and offline service delivery, thereby enhancing the end-to-end patient service experience.

Driven by the growing health demands of Chinese residents and the deepening aging of society, market demand for chronic disease management services has been continuously increasing, leading to rapid development in the online chronic disease management sector. According to the “Blue Book on China’s Internet Chronic Disease Management Industry” released by CIC Consulting, the market size of China’s online chronic disease management industry, measured by gross merchandise value (GMV), increased from RMB 27.6 billion in 2015 to RMB 103.4 billion in 2021, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 24.6%. It is projected to reach RMB 1,131.2 billion by 2030, with an expected CAGR of 30.5%.
