To guide physicians in providing more precise and standardized online diagnosis and treatment services for COVID-19 patients, JD Health, in collaboration with respiratory expert Lin Jiangtao, released the “Standardized Online Diagnosis and Treatment Pathway for Individuals Infected with the Novel Coronavirus.” On December 30, 2022, Professor Lin conducted a themed training session via live stream, providing a detailed interpretation of the core principles of the diagnostic and therapeutic pathway and engaging in in-depth discussions with fellow physicians on specific implementation details. During the 90-minute training, nearly 900 doctors from across China watched online, with over 100 physicians submitting questions. Professor Lin addressed each concern and frequently asked question raised by the participants.

Currently, online medical services have become a vital channel for the general public to seek medical consultation and treatment. In recent years, the National Health Commission and other departments have issued policy regulations such as the “Detailed Rules for the Supervision of Internet-Based Diagnosis and Treatment (Trial),” raising higher requirements for the specialization and precision of online healthcare services. As the user base for online medical services expands rapidly, both policy directives and user demands are driving the industry toward a new phase characterized by greater standardization and regulated development.

JD Health, in collaboration with respiratory expert Lin Jiangtao, jointly released the "Standardized Online Diagnosis and Treatment Pathway for COVID-19 Patients." This initiative aims to help more physicians understand the standardized protocols for online diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, thereby enhancing the safety of internet-based medical consultations. Through training, it seeks to improve the service quality of a broader range of physicians, achieving standardization and uniformity. During the live training session, Lin Jiangtao provided a detailed explanation of the six clinical classifications of COVID-19, outlined key points for patient interviews—including assessment of general condition, symptoms and their progression, and medical history—and presented specific pharmacological solutions for different populations, such as adults, children, and pregnant or postpartum women. He also offered recommendations for home care, lifestyle, and dietary management for patients.
