It has rapidly commercialized the single-molecule RNA in situ hybridization component of this technology, obtained medical device registration, and facilitated the translation and implementation of multiple clinical-grade spatial omics products.

Dynamic Biosystems possesses leading foundational technologies and original capabilities at the global forefront of single-cell spatial omics. The company’s founder, chairman, and chief scientist, Professor Yang Chaoyong, is an internationally renowned expert in microfluidics and single-cell analysis. He has undertaken multiple national-level key projects, major research initiatives, and special programs for the development of major national scientific instruments, and has been granted over 40 invention patents related to single-cell identification, enrichment, and sequencing. Dr. Ke Rongqin, the company’s deputy general manager and chief scientist of in situ technology, was the first author of the inaugural paper on in situ sequencing published in Nature Methods and is one of the global inventors of in situ sequencing technology. Formerly a senior scientist at Complete Genomics, he brings profound expertise in the foundational technologies underlying sequencing.

Professor Yang Chaoyong, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Scientist of Dynamic Biosystemsstated, “The company continues to strengthen its innovative capabilities in the field of single-cell spatial omics. Following the successive launches of its single-cell omics technologies, Digital-seq and Well-paired-seq, it has pioneered a novel RNA in situ sequencing technology in the spatial omics domain. We are proud to have the opportunity to conduct unprecedented clinical translation explorations in the vast frontier of single-cell spatial omics, contributing Chinese wisdom to human health.”

Li Jiacheng, Managing Director/CEO of Dynamic Biosystemsstated: “From the outset, the company has been committed to advancing precision medicine into the era of single-cell and spatial omics, with a strong focus on harnessing the clinical application potential of these revolutionary technologies. We have established strategic collaborations with leading in vitro diagnostics (IVD) companies, leveraging our Digital-seq single-cell omics technology to pioneer clinical applications. Furthermore, through partnerships with top-tier tertiary hospitals, we have accelerated the clinical translation of spatial omics technologies, earning significant recognition and high expectations from clinical customers. This round of investment will undoubtedly strengthen the company’s industry-leading position in the clinical translation of single-cell and spatial omics technologies.”

Mr. Yu Zhihua, Founding Partner of Longpan Investment“Dynamic Biosystems is a biotechnology company with in-depth deployment across the entire chain of single-cell sequencing and spatial multi-omics platforms. Its in situ sequencing products are at the global forefront in terms of R&D progress, product performance, and clinical translation. We look forward to Dynamic Biosystems rapidly bringing products with clinical application potential to market, thereby benefiting patients worldwide.”

Ms. Lu Xinghua, Ruihua Capitalstated: “As a pivotal spatial omics technology, in situ sequencing can directly visualize gene expression at subcellular resolution within the native tissue context, representing a cutting-edge approach that seamlessly integrates histopathology with molecular pathology. It holds significant promise for advancing precise pathological diagnosis of tissue-derived specimens, diagnostics related to tumor immunotherapy, and analysis of the tumor microenvironment. Following comprehensive research and comparison, we highly recognize Dynamic Biosystems’ leading position in the clinical translation of single-cell spatial omics.”

Mr. Gu Yuming, Vice President of Guanya Investmentstated: “Dynamic Biosystems is an outstanding innovative enterprise specializing in single-cell spatial omics technology. The company focuses on the application market for single-cell spatial omics and has introduced a professional team for industrialization and operations. Its spatial omics product pipeline demonstrates significant clinical innovation. We participated in its Pre-A round of financing and hope to continue our support in this round, expecting the company to consistently launch products with global impact that benefit human health.”
