Ganjiang New Area and Lianren Health Forge Strategic Collaboration to Drive Digital Economy Growth in Jiangxi

Recently, Xiao Yuwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Jiangxi Ganjiang New Area, led a delegation to visit Lianren Health Medical Big Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lianren Health”) for exchanges. The two parties held in-depth discussions on promoting the authorized operation of public health and medical data, implementing digital-intelligence-enabled application scenarios, exploring business models for the digital industry, and advancing the development of the digital economy. At the symposium, Director Xiao Yuwen first introduced an overview of the big data industry development in Ganjiang New Area, along with its future plans and prospects for cooperation. He stated that as the second national-level new area in central China and the 18th nationwide approved by the State Council, Ganjiang New Area is leveraging its “national-level” designation to seize opportunities in the digital economy. The area is committed to high-standard planning of digital economy industrial projects, introducing high-quality resources and benchmark enterprises, and continuously promoting the agglomeration of digital industries, striving to establish Ganjiang New Area as a key model for economic growth in Jiangxi Province. Director Xiao pointed out that Lianren Health, as a unicorn enterprise in Shanghai’s health and medical big data industry, possesses strong data governance capabilities and a mature business model, with extensive experience in the rapid conversion and implementation of projects. He expressed his expectation to achieve strategic cooperation with Lianren Health in the future, empowering development through data to drive leapfrog socioeconomic progress in the new area.

General Manager Gao Jing introduced the development history, shareholder structure, central-local cooperation model, and resource advantages of Lianren Health. As a medical big data industry group deployed under the unified arrangement of the National Health Commission and supported by ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Lianren Health was led and established by China Mobile Group. The company has always focused on the aggregation, governance, and application of data, building a core product system around the principle of “benefiting the government, healthcare providers, enterprises, and the public,” thereby promoting the formation of new formats and ecosystems in health and medical services. Subsequently, representatives from Lianren Health provided an in-depth elaboration on the cooperation framework between Lianren Health and Ganjiang New Area. Leveraging the new area’s local advantages and Lianren Health’s data technology capabilities, the parties plan to establish a regional digital health service operations middle platform. This initiative aims to integrate resources across fields such as commercial insurance risk control, corporate health funds, and digital Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), thereby serving clients across the entire healthcare industry value chain.
