The B7-H4 ADC project, Mo-Rez, introduced from Hansoh Pharma, is planned to advance into five Phase III studies by 2026.
Another point to note is that GSK has removed another first-in-class STING agonist ADC drug, XMT-2056, from its pipeline. Previously, the drugPreviously faced a clinical hold by the FDA due to a safety issue, with its highest stage of development being Phase I clinical trials.
Looking ahead to 2026, GSK expects full-year revenue to grow by 3%-5%, with core operating profit increasing by 7%-9%.
