Personal Profile

Associate Researcher, Deputy Director of the PK Research Platform at the National Engineering Research Center for Protein Drugs. Serves as the Chief Scientific Advisor for Junke Zhengyuan (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Research Co., Ltd. Has long been engaged in pharmacokinetics and bioanalysis of biotech drugs, with a 100% approval rate for project applications. To date, has completed the evaluation of over 300 biotech drugs, and pioneered several domestic firsts, including the application of glucose clamp technology in beagle dogs for the evaluation of insulin-like drugs, antibody-drug conjugates, and PD-1 monoclonal antibodies such as toripalimab. Participated in the review of multiple new drug applications and the drafting of related guidelines, and has led or participated in more than ten national-level research projects.

Junke Zhengyuan (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Research Co., Ltd., as a bioanalytical CRO with leading scientific capabilities and internationally advanced testing platforms, has long provided high-quality preclinical pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic evaluation, protein drug characterization, and bioanalytical testing services for clinical samples to pharmaceutical R&D enterprises. To date, it has delivered over 1,000 high-quality service projects to more than 400 domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, covering over 70% of innovative biological products in China.
