March 14, 2023,Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Meinian Health Group”) and Suzhou Yuce Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuce Biotech”)A strategic cooperation agreement was signed in Shanghai, under which the two parties will engage in extensive collaboration on ultrasensitive detection of blood-based biomarkers. They will jointly develop body fluid biomarker testing protocols and screening models suitable for health checkups, targeting conditions such as brain disorders, and are committed to corresponding market promotion and education.

Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly develop health checkup panels and risk assessment models for ultra-sensitive blood biomarkers based on single-molecule immunoassay technology, and register the related products for business operations within the Meinian system.
