The company’s first innovative medical device, the Xcor Transcatheter Aortic Valve System, has transformed the anchoring mechanism of all self-expanding stents currently on the market, which rely on radial force. Based on the world’s first form-fitting concept, Xcor is the only transcatheter aortic valve system globally that is deployed from the outflow end and achieves dual anchoring through an innovative support arm structure. This design not only expands the indicated patient population for existing aortic valve products but also significantly simplifies surgical procedures and reduces operational complexity. To date, the Xcor valve has been successfully implanted in over 80 clinical trial cases at leading cardiac centers in China, including West China Hospital of Sichuan University and Beijing Anzhen Hospital, demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes in terms of one-time implantation success rate and complication rates. The product is expected to obtain the Class III medical device registration certificate in 2024.
Tavigator CDSS, a TAVR surgery-assisted decision support system based on deep learning and originally developed by Tuowei Moxin Data Technology under Shengde Medical, achieves fully automated, end-to-end surgical planning and measurement of the aortic root anatomy from CT images. It provides critical evidence for valve selection and intraoperative complication risk prediction. As the industry’s first software product to apply artificial intelligence for measuring and assessing aortic root structures to guide TAVR procedures, it fills a gap in similar products both domestically and internationally, demonstrating significant clinical potential. The system has been granted multiple invention patents and has obtained one Class II medical device registration certificate.
Furthermore, the company has established a portfolio that includes sutureless expandable bioprosthetic valve systems, transcatheter mitral/tricuspid valve replacement systems, and transfemoral balloon-expandable aortic valves.
