The round was led by 3H Health Investment, with follow-on investments from Vertex Venture China Fund and existing shareholder NINGBO MEISHAN BONDED ZONE ZHENCHENG ZHINUO INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LTC,. Taihe Capital served as the financial advisor. The proceeds will be primarily used to further expand the company’s domestic and international operations, including deepening and upgrading its existing product lines, thereby solidifying its leadership position in the field of dental digitalization.

Previously, Chamlion Technology completed a Series A financing round of tens of millions of yuan invested by Shandong Leading Industry Investment Co., Ltd., and an exclusive Series A+ financing round of RMB 140 million invested by Zhencheng Investment. With this Series B financing, the company’s cumulative fundraising has exceeded RMB 400 million.
