Following the completion of this round of financing, Weixin Biotechnology has actively responded to the pioneering “Upstairs-Downstairs Innovation and Entrepreneurship Complex” model initiated by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and has settled into the Shenzhen Engineering Biology Industry Innovation Center. Leveraging the high-throughput, automated experimental platform of the “Shenzhen Major Basic Research Facility for Synthetic Biology,” jointly established by CAS and the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the company has significantly enhanced the efficiency of translating its scientific innovations into industrial applications.
