Nutrition Science Innovation Development Forum: Advancing Healthy and Innovative Nutrition Science

Affected by imbalanced socioeconomic development, population aging, and unhealthy dietary habits, residents in China continue to face challenges such as the coexistence of undernutrition and overnutrition, the need for improvement in dietary nutrition and lifestyle, and a high prevalence of nutrition-related diseases among certain populations. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council attach great importance to nutritional health and national nutrition initiatives. Government authorities have introduced multiple policies related to special foods, accelerating market development and creating substantial room for growth in the nutrition market.

The 7th Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference, in collaboration with Weilai Capital, hosted the Forum on Innovative Development in Nutritional Science. The forum brought together nutritionists, leading enterprises, investors, and scientific researchers to connect every link in the nutrition sector—from source to application—through scientific R&D, production, and utilization, thereby contributing to the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
