Mingdu Zhiyun Acquires Zhimi Tech to Forge Leading Digital Solutions for the CGT Industry

Recently, Mingdu Zhiyun (Zhejiang) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Mingdu Zhiyun”) and Shanghai Zhimi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zhimi Tech”) jointly announced that Mingdu Zhiyun has officially acquired Zhimi Tech to collaboratively build leading digital solutions for the CGT industry. Following the completion of the acquisition, Zhimi Tech will continue to operate under the Zhimi brand, with Mr. Dong Kai continuing to serve as its Chief Executive Officer.
