Dr. Du Zhiqiang has nearly 20 years of experience in drug research and development and industrial operation. In early 2020, led the collaboration between Fosun Pharma and Germany's BioNTech, participating in the development of the world’s first mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, and directly oversaw the R&D and Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) market launch of the vaccine Comirnaty, driving the growth of China’s mRNA industry. Directly led the global R&D and market launches of several blockbuster small molecule and biologic cancer drugs such as Ixazomib and Isatuximab, and spearheaded the China R&D and market launches of innovative drugs like Eltrombopag and Avatrombopag. In 2013, pioneered the clinical registration model of extending global Phase III clinical trials to China, setting a precedent for innovative drugs to be registered and marketed in China using global Phase III clinical data. Recipient of over 20 awards including the 4th Translational Medicine - International Cooperation Award and the International Young Scientist Award in Gastrointestinal Cancer. Authored more than 100 papers (published in The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, Nature Medicine, etc.) and compiled eight monographs in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Huang Zeao, Ph.D. graduate from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, is an associate researcher in biopharmaceuticals and an economist. He currently serves as the head of oligonucleotide therapy research and development at YooCare Pharmaceuticals, a member of the Drug Research and Development Professional Committee of the China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Research Promotion Association, an expert in the IFPMA ICH S13 working group, and a standing committee member of the Biomarker Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association. He has published multiple first-author SCI papers in journals such as *Nature Communications*, *JACS*, and *Molecular Therapy Nucleic Acids*. He has been granted 36 authorized invention patents. In recent years, he has led new drug developments that have identified six PCCs, with two in Phase I clinical trials and two in Phase II clinical trials. The projects he has led or participated in have received seven U.S. IND approvals, six China IND approvals, and one Australian clinical trial authorization.

Lin Jiaqi, Professor at the School of Bioengineering, Dalian University of Technology, core member of the Ministry of Education's Key Laboratory of "Intelligent Biomanufacturing," and a national-level young talent. He received his bachelor's degree from Beihang University in 2005, and his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering (Nano-bio Interfaces) from Dalian University of Technology in 2012. From 2012 to 2018, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Nucleic Acid Drugs). From 2018 to 2020, he served as the R&D Director at BrainCo Inc. in the United States. He has been awarded the titles of Young Scientist by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ningbo Yongjiang Talent, and Dalian Overseas High-Level Talent. His research focuses on mRNA drugs and vaccines, nano-bio interfaces, tissue engineering regeneration, and brain-computer interfaces. His research findings have been published in several international journals such as Science Translational Medicine, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Materials Today, Science Advance, and Nano Today. Two of his papers were selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers, with citations exceeding 3600+ times and an h-index of 21. The significance of his research has gained widespread attention from peers both domestically and internationally, receiving positive reviews and coverage in Chemical Review, Chemical Society Review, Accounts of Chemical Research, Nature Reviews Drug Discovery, and Science Daily. As the principal investigator, he has undertaken key R&D projects for young scientists funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, joint provincial science and technology projects, municipal "challenge-based" projects led by the Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission, and key municipal science and technology R&D plans, with a total vertical funding of 18 million yuan. He has applied for more than 20 invention patents in related fields, with 12 publicly disclosed, 5 authorized patents, and 3 achieving technology transfer.

Currently, a team of more than 40 people with interdisciplinary expertise in molecular biology, polymer chemistry, pharmaceutics, brain science, and artificial intelligence has been established at Dalian University of Technology. The team includes two associate professors, one senior engineer, one postdoctoral researcher, seven doctoral students, and more than 20 master's students. The team relies on the university’s Key Laboratory of Intelligent Biomanufacturing of the Ministry of Education and the State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemicals to carry out scientific innovation, talent cultivation, and team-building efforts.

Lu Hang is the CEO of Jiayi Bio, which focuses on the development and industrialization of innovative biopharmaceutical products based on mRNA technology and antibody platforms, and has established a development platform for preventive and therapeutic biological products.


Lu Hang has worked for over 20 years at EBSI and Merck in the United States, serving as Director or Chief Scientist, among other roles. As a technical leader or core team member, he has been responsible for multiple stages of the full lifecycle development of more than a dozen traditional and next-generation vaccines and biologics, including CYFENDUS, which received FDA approval for use in 2023.


Lu Hang is an advisor to the Vaccine Basic Research Professional Committee of the China Vaccine Industry Association and the former president of the Chinese Biopharmaceutical Association (CBA) in the United States.

Professor Xiangrong Song, Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Postdoctoral Fellow in Biology, Visiting Scholar in Nanomedicine and Immunology at Harvard Medical School, currently a Researcher/Doctoral Supervisor at the National Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, Sichuan University, selected as a National-level Young Talent, Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, General Manager/Scientific Founder of WestGene Bio.


Engaged in the research and development of innovative drugs based on targeted delivery for nearly 20 years, published over 70 first-author/corresponding-author SCI papers in journals such as *Nat Nanotechnol*, *Nat Comm*, and *Sci Adv*. Filed 107 invention patent applications (including 29 international patents). The nano-adjuvant (WGa01) led by him has received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in China, and the Category 1 mRNA nano-new drug he led has obtained one Phase II clinical trial approval, four Phase I clinical trial approvals, with three entering clinical trial stages. In China, two small-molecule targeted drug clinical trial approvals have been obtained. He led the team to win the top prize (highest award) in the 2022 National Disruptive Technology Innovation Competition organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. He serves as an editorial board member for journals such as *Sig Transduct Target Ther*, *Asian J Pharm Sci*, and *Eur J Pharm Sci*, a committee member of the Nucleic Acid Drug Branch of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, a youth committee member of the Pharmaceutics Special Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, a committee member of the Nano Biotechnology Branch of the China Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Association, and the Chairman of the Western Innovation Center of the Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SAPA).

Dr. Tang Chenxiang is the Chief Executive Officer of Huanma Bio. He graduated from Tsinghua University with dual degrees in Biology and Economics, and obtained his Ph.D. from Yale University, where he conducted research on structural biology and biochemistry related to immunology. Dr. Tang has over a decade of experience in biochemistry and immunology as well as extensive management expertise. He has held positions such as Assistant to the President in multinational corporations and startups, and has published numerous high-quality SCI articles in top-tier journals. Prior to joining Huanma Bio, he founded Maijin Bio, a biopharmaceutical development platform under Hengrui Group, and served as its CEO, gaining substantial hands-on experience. Dr. Tang is a Professional Practice Professor at the MBA Center of Shanghai University, a member of the Tsinghua Entrepreneurs Association, and a member of the Pudong New Area Young Entrepreneurs Association. He has been honored with awards such as the Pudong New Area Mingzhu Leading Talent and the First Prize of the Pudong New Area "Mingzhu Cup" Entrepreneurship Competition.

Dr. Weiwei Tian currently serves as the Vice President of R&D at Sirnaomics Group and the General Manager of Sirnaomics (Suzhou). His research primarily focuses on the creation of novel small interfering RNA drugs and the development of delivery technologies. He earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Delaware, USA, and has conducted pharmaceutical-related research at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI) in the United States and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore.
