On May 7, according to insiders at Siemens, Mr. Hai Li, former head of Medtronic's diabetes business in China, officially joined Siemens Healthineers to serve as the head of the company’s laboratory diagnostics business in China. In this role, Hai Li will take full responsibility for the development of Siemens Healthineers’ laboratory diagnostics business in China, drive business growth, and enhance collaboration with the global team.

It is reported that Hai Li has extensive commercial leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with outstanding achievements in driving business growth and building high-performance teams. Before joining Siemens Healthineers, Hai Li worked at Medtronic China for nearly 12 years. In the past five years, he served as the Head of MiniMed Greater China, fully responsible for the business management in Greater China, leading the formulation of commercial strategies and business operations, and continuously driving business development with his team. MiniMed was formerly a business unit under Medtronic and has now been independently listed in the United States.


Before joining Medtronic, Hai Li held various commercial management positions at B. Braun and Johnson & Johnson China, where he accumulated extensive experience in sales management, market strategy, and business partner management, successfully driving market expansion and business growth.
