Early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment are key strategies for reducing cancer mortality. When gastrointestinal cancers are detected at an early stage and managed with standardized therapy, the 5-year survival rate can exceed 95%. Endoscopy is one of the important tools for early cancer screening. However, many early-stage cancers present with subtle manifestations and are not easily detected during endoscopic examination.
Haiskell’s CellTouch™ is based on the imaging principles of laser scanning confocal microscopy, achieving high-resolution, cellular-level imaging in vivo. It enables endoscopists to observe real-time cellular images, facilitating non-invasive “optical biopsies” and immediate assessment of suspicious areas. Meanwhile, it provides targeted guidance for traditional pathological biopsies, improving biopsy accuracy while reducing tissue damage caused by the procedure. This represents a significant technology that helps increase the rate of early cancer intervention in China.
VCBeat Selects New Products Review, Issue 15, InvitesZuo Xiuli, Director of the Department of Digestive Endoscopy at Qilu Hospital of Shandong University; He Qiong, Chief Scientist at Hisky, presenting Haiscale's product introduction.

1. Superior Image Quality - High Resolution, High Contrast
Patented autofocus microscopic imaging technology achieves an excellent resolution of 1 μm per imaging point, accurately presenting the fine structures of tissues;
Patented Adaptive Dynamic Calibration Technology delivers high-contrast, high-sharpness images for clear delineation of tissue details.
2. Ultra-fast Imaging Speed – Motion-grade Imaging Speed
Patented high-speed scanning technology enables motion-grade high-speed imaging at up to 60 frames per second;
Maintains smooth, realistic visualization without trailing or stuttering during gastrointestinal peristalsis, perfectly rendering dynamic cellular structures.
3. Superior User Experience – Dual Display on a Single Screen
Supports synchronized display and automatic correlation of macroscopic tissue images and microscopic cellular images, with one-click switching between multiple display modes:
Real-time side-by-side comparison of target lesions and microscopic cells on a single screen eliminates the need for multi-screen observation, thereby enhancing detection efficiency.
Facilitates image-guided diagnosis and targeted biopsy, improves biopsy efficiency, reduces time spent on case retrieval for future reference and teaching purposes, and enhances overall work efficiency.
4. More Advanced Technology - Microvascular Imaging
Patented blood flow imaging technology for quantitative assessment of submucosal capillary distribution and hemodynamic information,
Quantitative assessment of local circulation aids in disease diagnosis, treatment evaluation, and assessment of tissue function.
