Biotheus Pharma Completes B++ Financing Round Led by Eisai to Advance ADC Pipeline and Files IPO Prospectus

VCBeat News has learned that BlissBio (BlissBio Biopharmaceuticals (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., “BlissBio”) has announced the completion of its B++ round of financing, invested by Eisai Co., Ltd. (“Eisai”).

The proceeds from this financing will be used to advance multi-center clinical trials, preclinical studies, and regulatory filings for multiple products in the pipeline. On May 8, 2023, Eisai and BlissBio announced a clinical trial collaboration agreement regarding BB-1701, which includes strategic cooperation options.
