Has been engaged in the construction and research of hospital information management, medical big data utilization, and smart hospitals for over 20 years. Has published more than 50 academic papers domestically and internationally, and has presided over more than 10 major and key research projects. Has been repeatedly honored as one of the "Top Ten CIOs" and "Excellent Chief Information Officer" by the Hospital Statistics and Information Society of the China Hospital Association, the Chief Information Officer Alliance of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, and the Chongqing CIO Association. He previously led the core relevance team and the timeliness technology product team within Baidu’s Web Search Division.
