As explained by the three experts, with the advent of the era of precision medicine, the integrated IVUS-OCT system expands the operator’s field of view, enabling intravascular visualization of lesions and thereby guiding clinical treatment with greater precision. Meanwhile, the self-perfused drug-coated balloon maintains blood flow during dilation, ensuring perfusion of the distal myocardium, effectively reducing patient discomfort.
