Since then, zdeer has completed two additional rounds: an A++ round in early 2023, with follow-on investments from existing shareholders such as Tiantu Capital, CO-WIN Venture Capital, and Country Garden Ventures; and a Series B round in mid-2023, closed with CICC Huirong (under CICC Capital), totaling over RMB 100 million. Taihe Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for this latest round.

 

It is reported that the funds from this financing round are planned to be invested in zdeer’s R&D, supply chain development, and channel expansion, further consolidating and expanding its industry influence in the tech-enabled healthcare sector.

 

Founded in 2014, zdeer has strategically positioned itself in the medical and general health sector through multi-category integration.
