When the blade tip contacts tissue proteins under high-frequency vibration, it induces cavitation, rapidly vaporizing intracellular water, breaking protein hydrogen bonds, and denaturing proteins into viscous coagulates, thereby achieving tissue cutting, sealing, and hemostasis.
